Limited Warranty
This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. A purchase receipt or other proof of date of original purchase is required for service and parts replacement under this warranty. This warranty only covers failure due to defects in materials or workmanship, which occur during normal use. Any defective parts or products must be returned to the Seller's facility in Englewood, NJ for repair or replacement at the discretion of the Seller. Seller will pay ground freight transportation costs to ship the replacement to the Buyer.
All Parts except the LED bulbs:
Seller will repair this product with new or refurbished parts, free of charge, in the USA. The standard warranty is one (1) year from the date of shipment. Buyer's failure to conform to Seller's specifications regarding installation, maintenance, and usage will invalidate warranty.
LED bulbs:
Seller will replace bulbs that have failed due to manufacturer's defect only after the bulb outage is over 1% of the total bulbs during one (1) year warranty period. Seller will at this time replace all the bulbs found to be defective during seller's test.
Other Services
Product price quoted by WWA does not include any on-site installation, training, maintenance, or service unless specifically stated otherwise
Limitations of Claims
There are no express warranties except as listed above. Seller shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the use of this product, or arising out of any breach of this warranty. Seller will not be responsible for the loss of the use of any product, loss of time, inconvenience, or any other indirect, incidental, or consequential damages with respect to person or property, whether a result of breach of warranty, neglect or otherwise. Including but not limited to loss of profit, claims by third parties or injury to person or property. Some states do not allow the exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
Returns
Buyer must get a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Buyer must get a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Buyer is responsible for all expenses of return product's freight. Seller will not issue credit for any returned product after twenty (20) calendar days after the date of shipment. Seller reserves the right to assess a 20% restocking fee for all returned products. There will be no refund on the shipping and handling charges. All authorization returns must be packaged in their original shipping package. If packaged in any other type of package and loss or damage occurs, Buyer will be responsible for additional charges.
Repairs
Seller will repair all the part of our product after warranty period at a one-time cost of $95.00 plus parts plus S&H. The products must be returned to the Seller's facility in Englewood, NJ for repair or replacement. This is a fixed labor charge so that Buyer has an inexpensive way to get your electronic messaging system up and running. We try to have the repair done and shipped within 3 days. The Price ($95) is subject to change year to year.
