How soon will it be shipped?

Our LED message signs are in stock for immediate shipping, usually within 24 hours. Rarely, we will have back-order. However, if we are out of stock, we will surely let you know the expected shipping date.

Do you ship to P.O. Box?

No. We can only ship to physical address within lower 48 states.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use United Parcel Service (UPS) for all shipping.

My product was damaged on transit. What should I do?

LED displays are normally insured. Please notify us immediately about the damage.

We accept major credit cards, company or corporate checks, money order/cashier's check only. We reserve right to wait for checks to clear before shipping merchandise.

I have tinted windows, is the LED display sign bright enough to be seen from outside?

Yes, our LED message signs are perhaps the brightest in the industry.

I have direct sunlight hitting my window during the daytime. Will the LED message sign outshine the sunlight?
A
Yes, brightness control will automatically adjust the intensity.
Q
I want to change the intensity of the LED sign. Can I adjust the brightness?
A
Yes, our LED signs come with automatic dimming sensor to control the brightness based on the lighting condition.
"LED Wonder" software can manually adjust the brightness. However, manual setting is not recommended since the intensity will remain constant at all times.
Warranty

What kind of warranty are you offering?

1 year limited warranty.
Q
How long does the LED last?
A
LED bulbs will last about 100,000 hours at which time, 50% are out and 50% are working. We can replace any none working bulbs to new ones.
Q
One of my LED bulb is not working, what should I do?
A
We have 1% defect allowance during the first year. When none working bulbs reach over 1% of total bulbs within 1 year. We will replace all bulbs at no charge.
