Buyer must get a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Buyer is responsible for all expenses of return product's freight. Seller will not issue credit for any returned product after twenty (20) calendar days after the date of shipment. Seller reserves the right to assess a 20% restocking fee for all returned products. There will be no refund on the shipping and handling charges. All authorization returns must be packaged in their original shipping package. If packaged in any other type of package and loss or damage occurs, Buyer will be responsible for additional charges.
