Reviewing Your Order Status
Once you have placed an order, you can check its status at any time. Orders are grouped into one of two categories: 1) in process or 2) shipped. It is sometimes possible to make last-minute changes to unshipped orders. These changes will require assistance from Customer Service.

To view the details of a particular order, select "My Account" from the navigation bar at the top of the page (if you have not done so already, you will be asked to sign-in before accessing you account). Next, select the heading "My Orders". Select the order you would like to view and the order details page will appear.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. You may also call Customer Service for assistance tracking your order. When you call, have the order number ready.


Reviewing Your Order History
Select "My Account" from the navigation bar at the top of the page. Select "My Orders" from the main "My Account" page. The order history screen will appear, displaying all orders you have placed with Wonder Bright and will include order numbers, dates and the first item included in your order.
